These Terms and Conditions apply to the provision of LGV/HGV driving tuition by The ABC Team Training NW Ltd of Sankey Valley Industrial Estate, Newton le Willows, WA12 8DN, to students requiring such tuition, where the student is a “Consumer” as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

“Instructor / We / Us / Our” means The ABC Team Training NW Ltd.
“You / Your” means the student receiving tuition.
“Price List” means our standard price list for driving tuition, available on request or via the website.

2. LGV/HGV Instructor

We are an independent training provider. All our instructors are fully qualified to teach LGV/HGV. We are registered with the DVSA as appropriate and maintain up-to-date registration.

3. Booking, Cancellation & Delays

A lesson or course is only available once pre-booked. Bookings can be made by phone, email or online.
A non-refundable deposit of £250 secures your course. Full payment is expected two weeks before training starts.
Cancellations require a minimum 2-week notice period. Cancellations after the final payment date may be charged at the full course/lesson price.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late (or are not ready), the lesson may be treated as cancelled without notice and charged accordingly.
Lessons marked as absent incur full charges.

4. Fees

Fees are as stated on our current price list or confirmed quotation. We may change fees without prior notice, but any increase will not apply to courses already booked and paid for under a previous quotation.

5. Your Responsibilities

You must hold a valid provisional or full licence as required for the course, meet medical standards, and follow all instructions given by the instructor for safety. You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
